Dear friend and beautiful mind,
I ’m writing to you because I understand that it is really hard for you at the moment. I know you’re struggling with your loss of self-worth. I’m sorry that you have to go through this and hear evil thoughts that cloud and fog up your beautiful brain.
I hope you know it’s okay to feel exhausted, tired, lost, tired again, scared, lonely, and in pain during this time. When you become so unsure of yourself for so long it’s okay to feel unsure of what is to come with this healing.
I hope you know every person on the earth experiences hardship and doubt. Overcoming these obstacles allows us to learn and grow into the miraculous people of God we were put on this earth to be. You will gain strength and knowledge from this trial. Human beings are imperfect which means we fall in struggle at one time or another.
I wonder if you’ve acknowledged how courageous you are to fight your demons head-on and take back your life. I wonder if you have thought about how admirable it is to admit you are hurting and need help from others to heal.
You are brave and strong. God is with you, your friends and family are with you. You are loved. You can do hard things because you "Can do all things through Christ who gives you strength." Philippians 4:13
